I have had acne prone skin since I was 10 years old and this is the first product I've used that is effective and wont strip the colour out of my towels! I use it morning and night with a moisturiser (Celestial and Vanishing cream are my choices) and not only has it cleared up my acne, balanced my skin and improved my tone but my husband even said my skin has a youthful glow. I just turned 30 so I was glad to hear that. To boot this bar lasts a long time so it's easy on your budget AND your skin. How good can one bar be! Like any product I've tried in the past give it at least two weeks to see the results start to set in. It is definately worth your [$].

Oh, how I love fresh farmacy! :) I bought this on a whim, and I have yet to regret my impulsiveness. Fresh farmacy leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean and balanced. The small amount of redness I have in my skin? ZAPPED. Acne? Improved! Oiliness? Even more improved! My only issues with this is that: 1) it is a little drying, so you need a good moisturizer; 2) it MELTS, so don't keep it in the shower -- I left mine on a soap dish on the window ledge; 3) it can be quite messy and grainy -- mine crumbled a lot.

my new favorite!!!!! it makes my skin so soft and removes oil without drying my skin out. I use this with the breath of fresh air ( my favorite toner) and the vanishing cream ( a light moisturizer). This is the most amazing product ever:)

I have oily skin on some days and very dry skin on other days. This definitely help me deal with both of those problem! I am tempted to try the "Coal Face" one, but this cleanser is very light and effective on my skin.

I've only used this for three days, and crikey! It works! My acne looks calmer, and I've had fewer little pimples swell up where my blocked pores are. This is better than Proactiv and better than lemslip for acne. I use it on my back, too - no word yet as to how that will turn out.

I follow it up, as usual, with a green tea bag run under cool water and swiped over my face and back as a toner, then Neutrogena oil-free lotion. My skin is happy!

I started out using Fresh Farmacy, because I liked other products that LUSH makes with calamine in them for my very sensitive skin. However, I wanted to try other cleansers just to compare - especially since I've heard so many good things about them!

Poor skin! It turned out to be a BIG mistake to venture away from Fresh Farm.! Unfortunately for me, everything else is too rough on my pale/sensitive skin. I did enjoy the other cleansers smells and I really did wish that they worked for me - but I will never again stray from Fresh Farm.!

I seriously wish I could buy a whole truckle so I could never be without this wonderful product! However, I still try to buy it fresh and not too far in advance so I can get the best prossible product. Thank you so much for saving my face!

I used this product for the past 3 months twice a day-it was seriously a life saver! I've been struggling with acne my whole life and have been on numerous pills and creams that only made my skin flake and crack, this cleanser has helped tremendously. I stopped using my acne meds because my insurance wasn't covering some of them, so I wanted to try a natural solution to my acne. Although this product does not exfoliate and remove eye makeup as well I would like it to, it has gotten rid of all my surface acne (with the occasional large below the skin pimple-meh).

I HIGHLY suggest this product for sensitive, dry acne-prone skin.

first off, to all the non-believers in bar soap for your face, i promise this staple product will change your mind. fresh farmacy is wondeful! it smells amazing and i have found that when my day doesnt start how i wish, the relaxing chamomile washes away my negative energy, take a deep breath before applying to your face and relax. it's creamy not greasy my skin always feels so "fresh" and clean. i use this with tea tree water and vanishing cream, for problem skin, skip the trip to the pharmacy, because this trio is all you need! i love this product!

I recently moved to the south, and with the stress and new climate, my skin was so out of wack. I went to the mall exploring one day and found this store called Lush. Had never heard of it before, although now I realize how popular they are. I originally bought coal face as the sales clerk thought this would be a good choice for me. I also bought the tea tree water tone, and vanishing cream, and grease lightning. The sales clerk also gave me a generous sample of fresh farmacy. I really liked coal face, but fresh farmacy pretty much took over as "must have" in my beauty regimine. It calms redness like no other, and clears skin. I use it day and night along with tea tree water toner afterwords, and vanishing cream. at night I will use grease lightning if I have any spots or as a preventative measure around that time of the month. THANKS LUSH!!!

I cannot rave about this product enough! I am 20 years old and although my acne is not severe, it is certainly noticeable. Like everyone who has dealt with acne, I have tried EVERYTHING! I finally decided that I am going to stop using chemicals on my face and go natural- the BEST decision I have made! The condition of my skin improved almost overnight, and I think it was in part due to the fact that I was using a cleanser that had calming and natural ingredients. I used this cleanser twice a day for a week, and my acne improved drastically.
Even though Fresh Farmacy works wonderfully on it's own, I have NOW paired this with the Tea Tree Toner and Grease lightening to complete my facial cleansing routine.
I am NEVER going back to chemical-based cleansers again! I now realize the importance of using natural products!

I have tried almost all of the acne cleansers out there and not one has helped. When I went into Lush in my mall, the sales woman told me that Fresh Farmacy would work for my skin and I immediately bought it. I'm so glad that I listened to her because it has done wonders for my skin. My skin isn't oily as it used to be and I don't get that many zits anymore. However, I only use it once a day because anymore than that it dries out my skin.

I recently had one of the worst break-outs of my adult life and decided to buy a hunk of this while I was loading up on other lush bath things.

I've used it as my regular face wash for about a month now and the difference was noticeable even after the first week. I use it in combination with a little Dream Cream, and my skin is much clearer and calmer.

I've already recommended it to several friends with skin complaints.

I have had acne since I can remember, and this is awesome soap. I have tried a lot of products on my skin over the years and this one didn't irritate my skin at all and I haven't had a breakout yet. It's been over a week. I love it. I have really really oily skin though so it doesn't dry me out after washing. And it's not any messier than a normal bar of soap. I just have a little dish for it, it's perfect. :D for me at least. THANK YOU for making this soap!!!!!1 :D

I have combination skin, which is fairly sensitive, and prone to breakouts. Ive been using skin id for years too.

This helps with both the breakouts and sensitivity, but it dries my skin out big time. Overall its a pretty good product but you'll want to buy a face lotion with it.

I tried this product because the sales clerk recommended it for me. I got home later that night and decided to try it. Prior to using I has been in the sun and my face was hot from the sun. The product cooled my skin and felt soft and clean to the touch. It smells great too. The only con is it doesn't lather very well.

This is a very excellent soap. I have mostly oily skin with some dry patches, and it works for all areas. I stopped using it for a while just to see if it was doing the trick, and once I started using it again (nightly, with dark angels exfoliant twice a week) I could really see the difference. This is a nice-smelling, very effective soap.

I walked into the LUSH store in Beverly Hills not knowing what to expect and a month later, my skin looks better than it has in , well, forever! The girls suggested I pair it with Coal Face which I have been doing and I haven't had a break out since starting this regimen. I also use the Tea Tree Water toner and Gorgeous moisturizer.
If I had to come up with a complaint at all it's that it's a bit messy, but I do keep it in a container in my gym bag so it's partially my fault! I HIGHLY recommend this product!!

Fresh Pharmacy was recommended to me, and im so glad it was! I use it twice a day in combination with Grease Lightning, and it WORKS!!! My skin feels and looks great after each wash, and within less than a week i have noticed results. I tried so many treatments, but this is the only one that works.

I've been using fresh farmacy twice a day for about three weeks. I like how soft and clean it makes my skin feel; it's very gentle and soothing. The smell is pleasant too. I think it's just my oily skin, but I often feel like my face could be cleaner. When this runs out I might give coalface a try to see if it works better for me. But for anyone with oily or combination skin who likes a soft, gentle cleanser, fresh farmacy would be perfect.
