I liked the smell and texture of this product, but it left my skin very greasy and shiny even using only a small amount. My pores look awful and I even have spots on my forehead now! I don't have oily skin and never get spots, so this was a surprise. I was given this as a sample instore, I may go and see if the store has something less oily, but this wasn't the best intro to the Lush range.

Sinse Lush isn't were I live (have to take one hour bus to get there)I desided to swich brand. I tried Burt's Bees, but that gave me rashes. I changed back to Lush and my skin have never been better! I LOVE this! My skin is so soft!

I absolutely love this moisturizer. I use this along with Ultra Bland, Herbalism, and Eau Roma Water to make my skin completely flawless without concealer! (Although, LUSH new color concealer that they have is amazing, I did try it!) - It's a must have!

This is hands down the best moisturizer i have ever used. I have combonation skin that can be really dry one day and really oily the next, and i live in a valley near the beach so it's very windy and my skin gets wind chapped really easily. Cosmetic Lad solves all my problems. I also don't wear make up and this doesn't make my skin shiny like most moisturizers. Added bonus: Smells like a creamsicle!!!! i wish it was edible...wait no i dont because i go through a jar a week.

I bought this as a facial moisturizer, and discovered it does so much more. Like a lot of LUSH products, it does double, triple, or quadruple duty! I use it on my legs after shaving to soothe (I'm a woman!) and on my arms to prevent a rash I get from wearing carpal tunnel braces at night. I use it as a facial moisturizer (only use a bit) and under my eyes, where I discovered it seems to reflect light to lessen under-eye circles, as some rather more expensive products are touted as doing (a happy accident?) A very useful and gentle product. Love it. The smell isn't totally awesome, but hey, you can't have everything! Or can you? Thanks, LUSH.

I am a girl, and someone who worked at Lush recommended it to me after I told her I have normal skin that isn't greasy, and is a little bit on the dry side. Maybe I used too much, but it seems every time I use it my skin gets irritated and greasier than usual. I loove Lush, dont get me wrong, but I could get a product that works exactly the same as this one for way cheaper.

I have really sensitve skin and have tried many products - from expensive name brand to OTC stuff from the drug store. This was the first moisterizer that worked like a champ and most importantly, no bad skin reactions.

The product goes on light, not a very heavy scent (like most men's products - not all of us like to smell like a pine tree), absorbs quickly and is just great.

Love this! The employees recommended me either this or Imperialis. I chose this for the smell, which reminds me of rainbow sherbert. I also use Fresh Farmacy and Breath of Fresh Air. I put this on morning and night, and when I get home from school if I have a zit that needs to go down. Works great on redness, and inflammation.

I was given a sample of this at my local Lush store to try. I was a bit hesitant at first because I have textbook combination skin and some moisturizers make my skin very greasy. When I first opened the container I noticed how pleasant the smell was, as well as how thick it was (kind had me scared at first). However after my first use I have to say that this is an amazing night moisturizer. It makes my skin soft and hydrated without feeling greasy or heavy. Will definitely be buying this again!

I got a sample of this yesterday and I'm already in love. I had came into the store wanting a sample of celestial [...] I was a little skeptical, considering it seemed to be aimed towards men as an after shaving product, but I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing feel and smell. A little goes a long way. I will definitely be picking this up next week. I have combination oily skin that is also really sensitive and this didnt irritated my skin at all. The lady at the store recommended this to me when I told her my skin type (dry but not oily) and I decided to get it. I put it on every night before bed and it works great! My skin is not dry, and when I recently went to Florida it helped me get rid of a sunburn! Great for girls too!

I'm in the mid age crowd now and my favorite is Paradise Regained, but in this economic time I needed an alternative so I thought I'd try Cosmetic Lad. I had about a month or two without any Lush moisturizer so my skin was looking oily in the T zone. My makeup looked bad and I was not feeling too pretty. I've been using Cosmetic Lad for over a week now and can already tell the difference. No more greasy nose and already getting compliments on my skin (face). I absolutely LOVE the scent, I want to eat it, and my face looks and feels great. Thank you Lush.

This is my favorite moisturizer in the world. My face tends to turn red and bland, especially on the cheeks. Cosmetic Lad takes away the redness and gives my skin a healthy glow without being too greasy.

How I use it:
-Daily after my morning shower, pre-makeup
-After I take my makeup off before I go to sleep
-Dip my finger in and do a dot on each cheek, forehead, nose, and cheek and rub it all in

Great:
-Absorbs well and isn't greasy
-You need only very little, so this little black pot will last at least a few months
-Refreshing smell - not exactly good, but it isn't bad. Just like unscented lotion, I guess
-I never have any dry flakes when I use it, and when I stop using it for a week cause I am too busy or forget a lot or something, I start getting flakes!
-It does not, however, make me breakout

Not-so-great:
-It costs over $20, never paid that much for a moisturizer, but it works, so ya (:

What I recommend: ask for a sample and use it for 1-2 weeks and see if it adapts to your skin

It definitely works on mine, better then anything, and I would definitely recommend it.

btw. I have combo skin and I am 15 so usually breakout a lot. I found the perfect balance with this and fresh pharamacy though. no pimples for weeks!
