I use this in the shower during the winter to moisturize and sooth dry skin. It's not greasy and rinses off well. I always use lotion but with this I don't have to. Smells like peanut butter to me but that's not enough to take a star away.

I love this product so very much. When I bought it, I was just looking for something to help me get through the winter dry air. It wasn't even topping my list for the day, but the store didn't have enough Buche De Noel to send me home with a full pot, so I picked up this little wonder.

I love the smell. The first night I used it, I got up in the middle of the night for water and even my sleep-muddled brain went 'gee, I still smell GREAT.'

The exfoliation and moisturizer is perfect for me. I have patches of greyish dry skin on my knees due to a genetic condition and within a week of using Aqua Mirabilis in conjunction with Joy of Jelly they were gone. Poof! I used to have to scrub with a pumice stone and thoroughly moisturize daily.

I get a lot of use out of this product. I've had it for a week and a half, and it's maybe half gone. I am a big girl, both tall and wide, and I shower every day. Just stand out of the shower spray, take it from the tin, swipe once or twice at an area, rub it in, move on to the next. Rinse just long enough to remove the almond kernels then pat dry. Put it back in its tin immediately. Simple!

I love it. I'm taking my sister to buy it. I'm suggesting it to everyone I know!

This body butter is okay, it is very soothing, but literally is gone within a month of using a full bar. Not the best smell either, the almond smell is really bland. Try another butter before this one, don't get it because its cheaper than the others (which I did, and I wish I got you snap the whip instead)

This product exfoliates well enough and leaves my skin reasonable soft, but I just can't get past the smell. To me it smells like a really strong peanut butter cookie. I'm sure some people love it, but it's just not for me. I'll stick with Buffy.

This was my second LUSH product, and I especially liked it for exfoliating, but I wouldn't put it at the very tippy top of my list.

The smell was a little bit iffy - not bad, but not great - and it didn't last quite as long as did Buffy, my favourite body butter. It's a better exfoliator but otherwise not as nice. Don't get me wrong, it's a good product... it's just not my very fave. Over all, I'd recommend it, especially if you have a build up of dead skin. Just don't expect to be blown away by it.

I bought aqua mirabilis instead of buffy because I didn't need buffy's extra moisture layer (as described by my wonderful Lush sales assosciate). I loved the bar so much that I used it ALL in the same week and then returned the next week to buy not one, but two more bars (lucky I had, because my sister got her hands on one). I became so addicted that when I went away for the weekend and didn't pack it, I seriously considered walking in to the nearest Lush and buying a new one. My only warning is that you'll love aqua mirabilis so much, it'll be gone in 2-3 days.

so i'm new to a lot of these products - i really enjoyed this bc of it being a body butter - really fun to use, exfoliates well and that's fun. there's something just a bit off about the smell to me... not quite offensive, but not quite good. i'll certainly use up the rest, but not buying this again.

Please, never stop making this! Aqua Mirabilis smells like lemon shortbread to start, it is a gentle exfoliant and powerful moisturizer. Best of all, it doesn't leave a greasy residue that transfers to towels and clothes like Buffy. This stuff works wonders on irritated skin, reduces reddness and inflammation. WONDERFUL.

I use Aqua Mirabilis after I wash with all my other products for an AMAZING moisture lock. I was using buffy and decided that it was too abrasive and switched to this, I wish I had switched a long time ago. I have oily/sensitive skin and for me to find a product that gives my skin the right amount of moisture without creating chaos on my skin is a miracle. I love the smell of almonds you get while using it, but also love the light, almost rosy scent you get after you get out of the shower. I will never take another shower without it.

This product smells fantastic! It feels really great as it exfoliates your skin in the shower. The only downside is how fast this bar melts. I have used it 3-4 times (and am careful not to get the bar too wet in the shower), and think I have maybe one more use left. Very expensive for limited number of uses.

I gave this 4 stars, because it can be a little rough on my skin, but the way it makes my skin feel, I can handle that. Love the smell. But it can melt a little fast if you don't keep it cool!

My tips for using this product:
-First of all, cut it into 4 sections with a knife. I know that it melts quickly, but this will help it last longer.
-Don't use it while standing under the shower head, once again, it'll help the bar not melt as quickly.
-And, don't leave it in the shower. I put mine in a small dish on the sink when I'm done.

This product smells very strong.. sorta like a nutty cookie sweet smell. I love it.
I have sensitive skin and go through a hassle with shaving so I'll use this to exfoliate before I shave, then I'll use Ambrosia shaving cream.
Also I'll use it on any other rough areas I have.

Anyways, I hope my tips help out.

This is super nice for dry skin! A word of warning for those who don't like food-based fragrance; while it does smell like almonds while you are using it, the nutty scent goes away as soon as you rinse it off. The fragrance it leaves behind in a nice light rosy scent. I'm thinking that I might have to reorder pretty fast, though. I seem to be going through it pretty quickly...

This might be my Fav Lush product. It smells sooooo good! I use this daily. It Makes my skin so smooth. It does exfoliate, but its gentle. I have very sensative skin, and this doesn't irritate it at all! Its a great alternative to buffy.

This product is absolutely amazing and I don't have to use lotion after I shower. I have suffered with Psoriasis for 6+ years and this does NOT irritate my skin. It exfoliates gently and is FULL of moisturizers. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!

I love love love the scent of this product! It also was the first exfoliating product that I have ever used that didn't irritate my skin. It wasn't extremely moisturizing; however, combined with dream cream, it has made my skin a lot more soft! My only complaint is that it didn't last for very long.
