I prefer to use this right before bed, and I love that I can. I hate the greasy, heavy feeling of most lotions, but I love putting on lotion before bed, so finding this product was wonderful. I'm able to put it on before bed without feeling all icky and like I'm sticking to my sheets. I have a little bit of eczema and redness on my arms and I can already see it getting better with just a few applications. The smell is nice without being overpowering, which is nice because that means I can wear it with perfume and it won't clash.

I was in a Lush store and about to grab my favorite lotion, Dream Cream. Instead, my friend recommended I smell Sympathy for the Skin first. I smelled it, and fell in love. I wasn't sure if I would like the moisturizing properties as much as Dream Cream's, but I loved the smell so much that I bought it. And now I'm so glad I did! It doesn't sit on top of my skin and make things hard to open, it just sinks right in and makes my hands and legs super soft. And the smell! Just like the chocolate-banana milkshakes my grandma used to make.

This lotion is THE BEST! I bought this product to change it up a bit after I used up all of my Dream Cream. It smells SO delicious - but you have to give it a chance because it does smell different on you than it does in the container. When I first received it, I was unimpressed - but after slathering it on I noticed the subtle aroma of vanilla with a little bit of banana in the background. It it very light, but moisturized amazingly!

This is my fav lotion. It goes on quickly, isn't greasy, and no white streaks I have to chase while I am putting it on. I love the smell. There is something about Lush lotions. They don't just cover up the problem and make my skin look better for 10 mintues. They nourish my skin and it becomes healthier. Plus this makes my skin so silky. The first time I used it I wore a dress. I kept touching my legs because they were so soft.

i love it! i was expecting a super duper banana take over, but instead it smells just right. at first i was concerned by the lack of thickness of the cream and INTIAL smell BUT once its rubbed in the smell intensifies in a pleasant way and quickly softens my skin. however my skin doesnt stay soft for long but i know it will if i con't using this product

I love this product. I got the sample size and I am waiting for my paycheck to buy the bigger size! it is to die for! my skin is so smooth and the smell is amazing. it smells like coco butter and banana with a hint of vanilla! It leaves the skin to die for smooth and smelling so so yummy. I have found it makes my skin greasy, but other than that it is a perfect skin match

I am in LOVE with this lotion. It smells absolutely amazing--I have to keep reminding myself that is isn't edible--and it's extremely moisturizing. Hope this one stays around permanently!

well, i tried both Sympathy for the skin and Dream Cream and I loveeeeeeee Sympathy for the skin. I have extremely dry legs that itch horribly in the winter cold. My skin is so soft from using this all my boyfriend does is rub on my arms an legs when we go out places and hang out. The only sad thing is i think i use more than im suppose to when applying so ive put alittle dent in my pot. Almost 2 months on new pot an still ALOT left. Its alittle too moisturizing for my oily back an upper chest so thats when my Dream Cream comes in. It smells like a light banana custard. Soooo yummy.

Wow. This product is a total blessing! Yesterday I was worried I'd claw my legs off and today, (I received my shipment this morning yay!) I feel like a new person. I have had severe Eczema problems since I was two days old. It's very tolling on the mind to have this extra thing to deal with when there is already so much on our plates as is. I wasn't sure if I'd be allergic to this or not, but everything is worth a try. I enjoy the smell. It's not over the top to me at all. I can still feel it on my skin 6 hours after applying it. My skin hasn't even considered being itchy. Thank you so much Lush for this. Not only is the product literally a life saver but it's also so much cheaper than RX's that may or may not work at all!

I consider myself a true lotion connoisseur as I've tried sooooo many. I look for a lotion that smells great, goes on smoothly, and leaves me soft and moisturized for days! This does all that and more!! Really great stuff. My skin isn't terribly dry but does tend to feel tired and dull, after just once using this my skin looks and feels awesome. I apply it right after a hot shower while I'm still a bit damp and it soaks right in leaving a healthy glow. It smells wonderful you can tell it was made with bananas because it has that creamy smooth consistency. I want to try other Lush lotions but can't do without my favorite!!! It would be great for someone with very dry skin or even eczema, and definitely in the winter months.

I have acne prone difficult skin and I thought this might be too thick or greasy, but for some reason, i find it so calming and evening on my skin. It is beautifully softening, smells great, and also give me a boost!

I used to use this in the warmer months for years with great results. I used to use it only on dry areas. Now I switched to Dream Cream as it is a little heavier and I'm not certain it was required but I did so thinking my skin is only getting older and I may benefit from a heavier cream in the warmer months. This product served me very well. As women usually have nicer skin, I'm sure this would be more than moisturizing enough to be used in colder weather as well.

It doesn't smell like bananas to me but it does have a nice sweet smell. It is a little liquidy but it works really well. I usually use the dream cream but I wanted something lighter for the summer months. This is a great lotion

I have bad eczema and tried doctor prescribed creams that wouldn't work. Once I tried this the next day my skin looked and felt great. The smell is only SO YUMMY I am tempted to eat it.

I had a really hard time deciding between this and the dream cream, and while I'm sure the dream cream is fabulous, I absolutely love this product. It turned my super dry skin with KP bumps into soft and pretty skin. Thanks LUSH!

I use lotion daily as I am prone to dry skin, especially through the winter months. I have tried just about every major brand out there, and have never been completely satisfied. After reading all of the great reviews, I had high hopes. It did not disappoint. Sympathy smells AMAZING and works great as both a hand cream or an all over body lotion. The only con is that it does leave a slightly greasy residue for about 20 minutes after applying, but once it all sinks in, your skin is soft and smells great all day. This is the first lotion that I have been completely in love with, and have no plans to switch.

This was the product that got me hooked on LUSH. The salesperson suggested it to me when I told her about my eczema, which has bothered me all my life. Since I started using Sympathy, I haven't scratched a hole in my skin once, and it clears up my eczema patches than some of the prescriptions I use.

I've been using this after every shower for the last week and my skin has made a total turn around. I have very dry skin, especially in the winter. After this week my skin is super soft and I love that the soft scent of the lotion stays all day long. It is a great smell!!! I will be buying this lotion over and over and over.
