I have been using "Shave the Planet" for a couple of years now. I never thought of buying a supply to have on hand. I always thought I could just go to my local Lush store and get a "fresh" batch. Lo and behold, I was wrong, you guys stopped stocking it! ! ! I have tried Prince and it was ok, but not nearly as good of a performer on my thick stubble. This product really softened my beard like no other. I was sad to see it go from the store, but gladdened to find it was still available by mail order. I hope you rethink your marketing strategy and start having this product back I'm the store. I travel a lot and it also would be nice to have a smaller tub (> 3oz.) to meet TSA travel restrictions. This could be said for all Lush products though.

I use this every day. I live in Cleveland, OH, home to harsh, dry winters. I started using this in January, and for the first time ever, i didn't have dry skin. In winters past I would have dry flaky skin on my face in the winter even after toning and moisturizing after shaving in the morning. I've noticed that my skin appears healthier, too, in the summer.

The sales associate at my local Lush store said you are discontinuing this, so I bought up a supply, but as a long-time loyal Lushie, I ask that you do not drop this product--please!!

This shave cream is by far be best I've tried. It's moisturizing and thick enough to give me a very close shave without cutting up my face or causing irritation. This is a must have for any guy with thick facial hair to get the closest and smoothest shave. Just make sure you use REALLY HOT water to rinse your razor and it won't clog up your razor.

Shave the planet has saved my face from razor cuts and burns forever. I use this product every other day on my course stubble hair. I lather on the thick cream and wait two minutes to allow the oils to soak in…. and in one quick swipe with the razor, the hair is gone and my face is smooth and well hydrated. Since the cream is thick it may clog your pores, creating little whiteheads around the areas shaved. I have found the solution to this problem. Use citrus in the water while shaving (it will not only feel refreshing, but it cleans the razor by breaking up the creamy thick lather on it making smoother glides across your face) and wash with Herbalism or Dark Angels cleanser after you shave to reduce the residue left in your pores. At first I didn't like the smell, but it grows on you and it's almost relaxing…. kind of smells like French Kiss bubble bar and Dream Cream. This product is a must use for any Guy…or Girl when it comes to prevention of razor-bumps and burns when shaving.

So my fiance got this as a Christmas present (part of a gift box) and of course I used it. Wow! I haven't shaved my legs with a razor in forever. But I will be from now on. It's so smooth and left my legs feeling silky. The hair doesn't seem to be growing back as fast either. Some people may not like it because it doesn't foam, but I don't have a problem with that.

I love the smell of this new cream! Has a much better smell and feel than Razorantium. Razorantium still provides a better shave, though. Make sure to use steaming hot water to clean your razor in-between strokes to prevent clogging.

My local LUSH store sent me home one day with a sample of Shave the Planet for my boyfriend. And Im so thrilled that he loves it! His skin is not breaking out in razor bumps after every shave... this product is really nourishing to the skin. My boyfriend loves it, especially because it lets him shave quickly because it is so soothing to his skin. I definitely recommend this to any guy who hasnt found that "perfect" shaving product yet. And to any girl, for that matter.

This is not a shaving cream you want to use on a heavy beard, or if you have not shaved for a good few days. This is however, a fantastic base cream to apply prior to another layer of a different shaving cream. Since it does not lather (which the label indicates) it is not strong enough to hold up the hairs or "lift" the beard.
This cream is VERY hydrating for the skin, and leaves your face truly soft and toned. Excellent moisturizer, and will NOT feel greasy in the least.
I recommend this as a lone product only if you shave everyday, so the stubble is not long enough that it requires a thicker coat of cream, otherwise combine it with another. Don't get me wrong, this is a thick cream, but does have the lather body to hold the hairs on end.
Excellent shaving cream! highly recommended!

I used the product twice and reall liked it. MY skin is very dry normally and after I shave my face it often leaves my face dry an cracked. This product made my face feel real good after using it and my skin was very soft. I was amazed. Later durring day 1 of use I noticed small bump on my face. Day two I used it again and later tht day the small bumps turned into a rash. I now have a full swollen rash. I must be allergic to something in this product. If you are not allergic then this will be a great product to you.

I bought this for my husband for fathers day from our two dogs. He was hesitant to try this because he has seen my obsession with Lush. One try that's all it took for him to be hooked. I love to feel his face and smell him right after he has shaved... Its a very close shave as my husband has to shave everyday for work.

This may be the best shave cream I have ever used. I hadnt shaved in a about a week and after washing my face and used Shave the Planet, my little bic plowed through my beard like no joke. I highly recommend this product for anyone with a coarse beard, or anyone who loves to have a smooth face.
