I'm so glad i got this before it went out of stock! It was my first lush bubble bar, and I used a 5th of the bar in my first bath. I crumbled it into a mesh strainer and held it under running water (it helps with distribution, especially if your water pressure isn't amazing) and there were TONS of bubbles! totally worth it!

My first RETRO order from the site and I crumbled a little bit of Phoenix in the bath and immediately, I was washed away in the relaxing scent and amazing amount of bubbles. I'm an avid LUSHie, but I must recommend...PLEASE BRING THIS INTO SHOPS!!!!

This is the most awesome bubble bar ever. It smells like you've taken cinnamon oil and powder and made them soft and took a bath in it. My husband, who loves cinnamon, thought it smelled good after the bath but sort of medicine-like while in the bath. I assume that is the sandalwood but not sure. He was definitely happy and I was way happy.

I enjoyed the smell. It smells very spicy; not herbal, not like a sugary food product, but like spices. I'd say mostly cinnamon and clove. Very nice.
I have a comment in general about bubble bars. I think they make lovely bubble baths. I do NOT think they make such an astounding volume of bubbles. I'm quite satisfied, but not blown away.
But as for this one in particular, very nice. I'm definitely buying more.

This bubble bar reminds me of hot tamale candies or big red gum. The cinnamon is more spicy than sweet, not really like cinnamon buns though. The scent was nice, very different than what I usually go for! This is a great bath for a morning where you need a little kick to get you going, also has a great warming quality to it.

I liked that this bubble bar wasn't overly sweet or floral - a nice change from some of the others. But I didn't really love the scent - just liked it. I also thought the bubbles didn't last as long as other bubble bars from Lush. I am glad I tried it out and would certainly rebuy if I loved the scent a little more . . . I'm just not sure.

Spring turkey hunting season I am an overtired mess, up at 3am to hunt before a full work-day. The Phoenix is my must-have those days to get me up and awake after the woods and able to make it through to bedtime.

I love the smell! I didn't find it overwhelming, very calming. I can't wait until bath time! I have bought this several times and will definitely purchase over and over again.

I alternate every other bath with Phoenix and Aura Suavis.

I just got my first order from Lush, and I love this bubble bar! The smell is amazing in and out of the package. I broke mine in half to get two uses out of it. It made my skin really soft afterward. The only problem I had was that the bubbles didn't last unless I kept stirring up the water. It would be best if you had a jet tub, but I'll still order it again!

I absolutely LOVE the smell. It smells like cloves, cinnamon, and the smell is so sweet. Not vanilla-y though- like a cinnamon bun without the frosting.

This was wonderful. Fun to smell in the package, fun to smell in the bath. It made a million bubbles that lasted all the way to the end of the bath. It was so great I fell asleep in the bath and woke up smelling fantastic. Yum.

This smells a lot more like Big Red gum than French toast or cinnamon rolls, but I liked it just the same. The bubbles were great, and best of all, it was virtually colorless so it didn't leave any ugly orange or pink rings around my tub.

This bubble bar smells more like cinnamon to me - not an actual cinnamon roll. I LOVE cinnamon and any spicy scent like this. Gorgeous. If you like cinnamon, you will love this.

Very strong clove/cinnamon scent. To get a cinnamon bun smell, just mix with Marzabain. That combo = YUM!

very good scent... spicy cinnamon, not sweet. I bought this because the Hot Java bath bomb was sold out again. I LOVE the non-flowery scents like these, please keep them around!

Doesn't quite smell like cinnamon sugary toast, smells more like real cinnamon. Not necessarily a bad thing. Made lots of bubbles and I quite enjoyed sitting in a bath scented like cinnamon. Nice change from flowers or fruit scents.

Not as cinnaminny as I was hoping. Didn't really leave a scent on me after the bath. Turned the bathwater grey. Looks and smells great in the wrapper...kind of a dissappointment out of it.
