Amandopondo was my introduction to Lush and so now whenever I go to Lush or order off line I have to buy an Amandopondo. The smell is so beautiful and lingers lightly on you skin, and it makes great bubbles! I never want to be without Amandopondo!

I was in a cute/lovely dovey mood when I got this and when it came in the mail the first thing I thought when I smelt this was potting soil. If you're going to have this make sure you mix it in with honey bee for a sweet pretty smell otherwise put it as a decorative item in your bathroom or put it in your flower bed.

This is simply the best bubble bar I've ever used. Amandopondo is incredibly relaxing, super bubbly, smells amazing, and pairs beautifully with both flowery and spicy scented soaps and bombs. It has such a unique and beautiful smell and the bubbles are so rich and luxurious (and I only use about a third of the bar at a time) that it was difficult to get out of the bath. Afterwards my skin was lightly scented and velvety from the moisturizing qualities of the bar. I've always been a jasmine girl but I think this just converted me to a diehard rose fan.

I tried this for the first time yesterday and LOVED it. I mixed it with the Sakura bath bomb for a relaxing, stress relieving bath. It was surprisingly foamy and the bubbles definitely lasted. I also loved how my skin felt when I got out of the bath.

I bought this because I liked the rose scent it had in the store. I dumped the entire bar into my bath and couldn't smell a thing. The bubbles were nice, as I would expect for a bubble bar, but seriously, no smell. I don't think I'll try any more rose scented things because the last one I used was the same way. No smell at all.

I used the Armondopondo with a Butterball and half a Floating Island. The combination was AMAZING. I loved this bubble bar because it was EXTREMELY moisturizing. When I was crumbling it under the water flow it felt like silk in my hands. The only downer to this I think, was it was hard to crumble. You might do better to put it in a bag and smash it with a hammer. Anything that you don't crumble just right falls to the bottom of the tub. I used these pieces to crush and rub into my skin.

It's true that the bubbles didn't last long, but I wasn't expecting them to. I really like this bubble bar and I'm thinking of trying it in the shower as a bar moisturizer of sorts.

I would definitely buy this one again.

This was the best bubble bath I've ever had. We went to a spa resort for the weekend and had an in-room spa tub (about 5x3x3). I used the whole bar because I wanted a truly epic bubble bath (although it was a bit much unless you really want a two-foot high layer of bubbles like what I got). Turned on the jets to help stir it all around, which really helped.

We got in, got out for dinner, and when we came back the bubbles had dissolved. BUT, I just turned on the jets again and they were back in no time. It creates soft but thick and almost pliable bubble foam. After a complete drain and refill the next morning, no more bubbles, so it is easy to clean up if you're smuggling bubble bath in to a resort that doesn't allow bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub. I wouldn't recommend it for an indoor/outdoor jacuzzi unless you drain it regularly. Since it's natural, I doubt it will damage the gears internally.

I don't have a Lush store within an hour of my house, so I had to order online...this bubble bar was my first! I only used a third of it, and I was SO impressed with the amount of bubbles. I wasn't in love with the scent, but I'm quite positive that's my own personal bias. It reminded me of a tea I bought a few months back that I didn't care for, so I think that's what I associated it with. The scent that is lingering on my skin is pleasant though. Wonderful first experience!

I did not like this product one bit i crumbled it under the running water and made a bunch of bubbles but as soon i i got in they were like halfway gone and the bubbles left were not like soft creamy bubble like xmas eve it was a harsh blob of bubbles and my bath was only 10 min not the normal 15 or 20 min bath lush i am really disapointed by this also it might have been a defecct one so i might try it agin just case

Why on earth isn't this one more popular??? I love love love the rose/lemon scent of Amanopondo. I strongly disagree with Lush's claim that it is the same scent at Turkish Delight, which is an old fashioned, grandmaish rose. The lemon in Amanopondo perks up the rose, creating a wonderful gentle and energizing scent. It smells more "natural" than some other Lush scents, which can be too strong or synthetic to my nose. This is also one of the more moisturizing bubble bars- others dry out my skin, but I don't need a moisturizer after this one. I love to pair this with Ring of Roses soap, which has the same scent. LOVELY!

this little thing really packs a punch in the bubble department! i used half the bar and got a blanket of amazing smelling bubbles. the little rose is a good souvenir to the smell and how wonderful it was to have such a relaxing bath. i thought for some reason this would have a lot of rose smell, but the citrus was perfect. i will definitely get this one again!

maybe I got a dud, because I didn't get many bubbles. But I did get soft skin and a lightly scented bath.
I really wish the scents were stronger and longer lasting, but my skin is so soft that I'd probably buy this again

Bubbles didn't last long, but I only used half the bar and they filled the tub! The smell was mild and pleasant- the strongest was the orange oil. The water felt totally smooth and milky and left my skin feeling amazing!
