So listen, the thing about these reviews is that they're all personal opinion. My opinion? I LOVE glitter! Thats right. Over 30 and I still giggle with delight over sparkly things. The karma bath melt is chock full of golden superfine glitter. Don't personally like glitter yourself? Don't buy this! Yes, it leaves glitter in your tub but next week when I step into the shower and see glitter I'll think to myself that gee, doesn't my tub look so pretty! Beyond the glitter, my skin is so soft and the sweet smell of karma will linger all day. And actually, the glitter is not sticking to my skin. To everyone who is complaining about that, I'm kinda jealous.

Ps. I combined this with the Three Gold Rings bb for the ultimate in luxury baths.

This thing is MESSY but other than that it is great. Makes my skin very soft and smelled soooo good. If you have a whirlpool tub, beware! You'll need to do a couple rinses.

After my bath, I thought the glitter looked nice on me, however I left a sparkly trail everywhere I went! Glitter on the bed, glitter on the couch, glitter on all my clothes. Too messy for my liking.

There is definitely a ton of glitter in here, but I have found that I still get a full effect of the scent and the softeners by just using a thin slice of this melt, and much less glitter sticks to me. The smell lasts a long time on my skin, and the hint of shimmer makes me feel very sexy. I have also used half of this in a cheese cloth in our old tub that ws larger and ended up with practically no glitter, which can be seen as a plus to some people!

I'm a glitter fiend, so I was really looking forward to using this product. I melted a pyramid in a the tub with me and everything felt so luxurious! The smell was divine, I was worried that the patchouli oil would be too strong and earthy but the orange balances it out so lovely. I loved how sparkly and shimmery the water was too.

While my bathrobe got an extra lingering of glitter, the amount that stuck to my skin was modest and the tub just needed a 30 second rinse. (Clean freaks and glitter-haters need not apply)

The only thing that disappointed me was how dry and tight my skin felt after the bath. I don't understand it. How could something made with cocoa butter DRY my skin out? It made my hair a little nasty too. I want to try it again because the smell and the glitter was amazing but not sure if I can handle the dryness...

Don't get me wrong, I love the Karma line. I have the shampoo, the soap, the perfume and I'm bound to pick up Karma Kream soon but this was just too much. I love the scent, i love the texture but the glitter was awful. If this came without the glitter, I'd definitely buy it again.

Never again. This was a lovely little melt, until i got out of the tub and realized I was living a glitter trail all over my apartment. When I went back after the water drained from the tub, it looked like I murdered a glitter fairy in my tub.

To make matters worse when I tried to wipe it down the glitter merely smeared into gold paint. Bottom line it took three really intense scrub sessions to get ride of the glitter.

I recommend using this in a hotel tub if the staff has been rude to you.

I really loved the smell of this and it made the bath water look really nice, but there was just too much glitter. I've been cleaning glitter off the floor for weeks, literally. I've washed the towels and bed sheets, shook the bathmat, swept and mopped the floors, and I am STILL finding specks of glitter. I love the smell, but I won't buy this again; it's just way too messy.

...you get out of the bathtub, shower off, and then have to spend 5 minutes cleaning glitter out of your ears. Um, yeah. Not to mention my bathtub has a textured bottom, and the glitter really adhered to it, the bathmat, my knees, the aforementioned ears...I had to do multiple rinses of the tub, wipe it down with paper towels, and I STILL wasn't able to get all the glitter off! Insane. Having to use so much elbow grease after my bath really undermines the whole 'relaxing' thing I was aiming for in the first place. On the plus side, the scent was nice and strong (I don't know why, but somehow it smells like cola to me -- which is fine) and though it didn't last on my skin, the bathwater maintained a nice scent, and the bathroom was also nicely scented for awhile after. I didn't find it had any particularly moisturizing effect on my skin, either. In all, it's OK, but I agree with other reviewers - scale back or drop the glitter, it's not worth the extensive clean-up.

I was so excited to get this. I ignored those who said there was too much glitter, and bought it anyway. I love the Karma scent, but this is WAY too strong. It took me 20 mins. to even begin to see any glitter loss, and nothing I did-scrubbing, rinsing, holding it under the shower, even screaming at it- got all of the glitter off. Sorry LUSH, get rid of some of this glitter.

First I love the smell, it is amazing and soothing to me. Yet there isn't a Lush scent I don't love. The whole bar is pure glitter, which I loved, and it's not hard to clean up and doesn't leave a mess. Just close the shower curtain after the bath and let it run a few minutes and say goodbye to the glitter. The scent is lingering softly on my skin which is lovely. I did not find this moisturizing in the least. I don't see how anything moisturizing could be in it seeing it seems like it's all glitter. Despite that I would purchase again just for an ultra girly bath.

I got two pyramids of this as a gift and only used one. It made the tub look neat with all the glitter but then it would just NOT leave! I had to clean my tub about 3 or 4 times just to get the amount of left over glitter to a manageable level. I am STILL finding glitter around my bathroom even after months and I clean my bathroom often!

When I actually used the pyramid, I stepped out of the tub and I might as well have been an extra vampire in Twilight. It's kind of cool for a little while, but I'm really glad that I didn't have to work for a few days afterward because the glitter would not come off.

I loved this. The bath was wonderful and glittery. It was what happened next that wasn't so good. The glitter stuck to everything. Me, my towels, my sheets. From then it got into the washer and distributed itself over all my clothes and eventually everything in my house including my cats and my husband. (Who had fun explaining the glitter at his warehouse job.) We had glitter on everything for MONTHS. I like glitter, but this is a bit far for me.

I love the Karma scent, so I was very excited to try the bath melt. I loved it! It was a nice long bath, and I have a small tub, so I can use it twice. However, I will need to plan my next bath due to the crazy amount of glitter. I used it over a week ago and I'm still finding glitter in odd places. I will definitely buy this again, but sometimes working in a professional world involves avoiding being glittery for two weeks!

I LOVE the Karma fragrance, and saved this for a long-awaited bath. There was sooooo much glitter! It smelled wonderful and moisturized my skin, but it literally left sand dunes of glitter in the tub.

I loved the scent in this bath melt! I liked this even better than the bar soap form. It's much more exotic and incense-like. I didn't like how much glitter there was, it seemed like half of its weight was in glitter alone. It did look very pretty and magical but I did not enjoy having glitter all over my tub, my skin, wash cloth, floor, towel, clothes. IT GOT EVERYWHERE! If it was more of a shimmer and not a gritty glitter I would not have minded so much. I'd love to buy this again if it didn't have the glitter.
