The product was very easy to use, and melted quickly; however, I noticed that rather than smelling like sandalwood, it smelled like wet dog, and this was a huge turn off. The water turned a milky color, and it didn't produce any foam or bubble. The only pro was that it does leave your skin soft and smooth. Better used in combination with a bath bomb.

I bought this product because it smells great and I wanted to take the time to relax in the bath. To be honest, its not that exciting it just smells really good. My water didn't feel silky or anything it just looked milky. Not the most exciting product to use. Maybe the melting marshmellow moment is better?

YUM! This smells to die for, no joke. Slight citrus, creamy vanilla....just wonderful. The butters create an ultra moisturizng soothing bath. Great on it's own or sliced into pieces and mixed with bath bombs or bubble bars. Very effective, large size. Makes for at least 4 baths.

I LOVE this product. I also love other bath melts and bombs, but this is definitely my front runner. I can slice it in 4 for conservation or plop the whole thing in for an extra-special bath. It makes my skin so soft and smooth and leaves it with a very delicate, sexy scent that my fiancé loves as much as I do. Every time I treat myself to a bath with one of these, I'm transported to a totally different place.

You need this as a staple in your Lush stash. I love this melt. It's expensive for me because I love to use it with every bath. You can make it last longer by cutting it into two or three pieces, but you get the maximum effect if you use an entire melt in each bath.

This is the first bath melt that I've used from LUSH. I've tried pretty much all of the bath bombs, and decided to go for something new. Floating Island turns the tup into a big vat of warm lemon meringuey goodness. It makes my skin feel soft and fragrant. I definitely look forward to using it again!

This is my absolute favorite product Lush makes. It's amazing... Leaves my skin so soft, smooth, and silky. Smells like wonderful light lemon tea cookies with a little vanilla mixed in. Absolutely wonderful, it there were more stars I'd give it to Floating Island
Also, this is a great value, this product seems huge. You only need to use 1/4 of the cupcake to get the softening effects and the ultra soothing scent.

I bought this product a while ago, and its amazing.! First of all, the smell. It smells like vanilla, and a little bit like lemon meruinge pie! It also lasts A LONG TIME! I've gotten about 5 uses out of hit, and im about half way. AMAZING. With just that small amount, it made my skin super soft and was very moisturizing! I LOVE IT.

i got this because it was suggested from someone on youtube, and let me say one thing....it is AMAZING. I smelt it in the store and it smelled like meruinge, vanilla, and a hint like butterball. This was compared to lemon meruinge pie, and i completely understand why. It also is VERY moisturizing. You also really get A LOT for your money. I have already gotten like 3-4 uses out of it...and I'm about half way through it(: HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

From the minute you put the floating island into your bath, the water feels softer. My hand wading through the bath is noticeably moisturized and soft. Plus the smell of it has a fresh, invigorating musky smell. I wish I could find it in a perfume. Lush, suggestions?

This is one of my favorite Lush products. I have the MMM MELTING MARSHMALLOW MOMENT BATH MELT too and it smells great. They both make my bath water smooth and relaxing. I love Lush and all of their products. I love this bath melt and it gives me the sensational smells. This product melts slow and lets you have left overs for the next bath you take.

I hate to say it, but the smell was extremely weak, and the color and smell reminded me of my medication (yuck). Regardless, I cut it into chunks (it crumbled interestingly) and am using it as soap and in the bath. I'll use it up, but I won't buy it again.

Nothing has ever smelled better to me than Floating Island, I wanted to buy several of them when I was in the store. But despite the product itself smelling so good, I was unimpressed with the bath. It left no scent on my skin. I think this scent would work better as a soap, I just want to smell like it all day long.

I was skeptical about how moisturizing this melt could be, but color me happy at how well it turned out! I used about half the ball in one bath and the water was silky and wonderful. No bubbles with this one but a relaxing, delicately scented experience. I bathed last evening before bed and today my skin still feels smooth and soft. I highly recommend this for a cozy night in or to prepare for a romantic night out.

In all honesty, I thought this was a bubble bar, so I crumbled it a bit while I put it in the tub. Oops!

But I don't think that letting it melt would make it smell stronger or keep the water from turning a dirty grey color, both of which made me disappointed in this.

WHat little smell that is left on my skin is a strange lemon curd smell. Not sour, but not very good either.

I'll skip this one on my next trip to LUSH, but if I received it as a gift I'd cocktail it with something stronger.

This was really great after a intense tennis game. i split it in half so i would get more uses out of it since it is expensive. the smell is so gorgeous! it made a really milky bath and i liked that it took a while to melt so that it didnt go away fast. i think this is a great once in a while product because it is quite luxurious.
