Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can also pay with a LUSH gift card or via PayPal (online only).

Sales Tax

We charge PST and GST on orders delivered within British Columbia, and GST only on orders shipping to other provinces.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in denominations from $5 to $500 and may be redeemed online, by telephone at 1.888.733.5874, or in LUSH retail stores.

Gift cards are delivered to the recipient via Xpresspost ($4.00 charge) or Priority Courier ($8.00). For faster delivery, choose our E-Gift Card, a personalized gift card sent via email.

Phone Orders

We are available to take your calls at 1.888.733.5874, Monday to Friday from 7am - 5pm, and Saturday from 9am - 4pm (PST). If you would like to place an order during our off hours, please order online or leave us a message and we will call you back during business hours.

If you are having difficulty placing an order online, or experiencing other problems with the website, call Customer Care at 1.888.733.5874 or email support@lush.com.

How do I take advantage of an online promotion?

Enter the promotional code in the box provided during checkout and click 'Update Order'. If the promotional code does not work, please call Customer Care at 1.888.733.5874.

If you forgot to enter the promotional code in the checkout, please call us; we will do our best to amend your order. If your package has already shipped, we will gladly put a credit on file for you to use towards a future purchase.
