We're known worldwide for our unique bath and beauty products, personalized customer service, and fun & funky store atmosphere. Since it first arrived in the UK in 1994, LUSH has grown from a small, quirky chain to a growing international enterprise. LUSH North America's headquarters is in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia. Our offices — located in southern Vancouver — is home to many of the company's major functions. These include areas such as:

• Marketing, Web and Graphics teams
• Finance, IT and Retail Support
• Lush Direct, Mail Order and Customer Service
• Shop Design and Construction
• Manufacturing and Distribution of our products

In addition to our Home Office in Vancouver, we have a Manufacturing and Distribution Center in Etobicoke, Ontario and a PR Office in New York, USA.

Our Shop employees bring LUSH products to life by listening to their customers needs and demonstrating our products right there in the store. Our Retail Division at LUSH North America is structured differently from our competitors; we believe that our front line employees deserve support that comes from the bottom rather than the top, a concept of lifting you up instead of putting you down. We believe that growth comes from learning and sharing best practices - building bridges instead of climbing ladders - to make your business successful.

As a LUSH shop employee, you must possess a genuine love of our products and customers to ensure that your knowledge and recommendations are correct and your customer always satisfied. There are four positions in the LUSH Shop: Shop Manager, Manager-in-Training (for mid-high volume shops), Key Holder/Floor Leader, and Sales Associate. We work hard to bring the best experience to both our customers and employees.
